*This one application allows students to apply for over 20 scholarships at once. The list of scholarships for this application can be found by clicking on the blue link above. You should DOWNLOAD and SAVE this document to your computer, and THEN fill it out by typing in the spaces provided. It is also acceptable to PRINT this document and fill it out NEATLY with a pen.
Please return the completed application, with required signatures, to the Guidance Office by Noon on April 23, 2021.

Class of 2021 Junior Scholarships for: Clarkson University, RPI, University of Rochester, St. Michael’s College, RIT, St. Lawrence University, Wells Colleges, The Sage Colleges.
These Scholarships are available to high school juniors planning to attend college as a freshman in 2021-2022. If you are seriously considering any of these schools, review the eligibility requirements for that school, complete the application (meet with your counselor if necessary), and submit it to your school counselor by or prior to, the due date. Late applications will NOT be considered. Peru High School nominee(s) for each scholarship will be reviewed by each individual college. They will make the final decision.
