Working Cards

Working cards will be issued in the High School Office between July 5 and August 30 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. 
Issuance of the cards from the Nurse's Office will resume on September 8th.

Please note that students will need the following in order for a working card to be issued:
*Birth certificate
*Social Security card
*Updated physical, if not done within the last year
*Parent needs to accompany the student to sign the consent
